ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for licensed estheticians or cosmetologists who love waxing, love people, and want to be part of something special. As a Cerologist™ (our name for certified waxing experts), you’ll deliver top-notch service, build real relationships with clients, and work alongside a supportive team.

This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to keep growing, and thrives in a place that’s positive and professional.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Provide expert waxing services that follow brand standards
Help clients feel confident, comfortable, and well taken care of
Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and professional
Recommend products and memberships that support each client’s needs
Build loyal client relationships and help bring in new ones
Support studio marketing efforts—social media, events, partnerships
Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
Be a team player—reliable, respectful, and ready to grow

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Current Florida Esthetician or Cosmetologist license (Required)
Must be at least 18 years old
A strong work ethic and a real passion for waxing and helping people feel their best
Clear, confident communication and a professional attitude with clients and teammates
Comfortable educating clients on our services, products, and membership options
Motivated to build and retain a solid book of business—we’re looking for team members who take ownership of their success
Dependable, respectful, and willing to grow through feedback
