Overview:
Waxing the City is looking for a passionate and organized Studio Coordinator to be the face of our studio. In this client-facing role, you’ll provide exceptional service, support daily operations, and help drive studio growth through sales and client engagement. Key Responsibilities

💛 Deliver Customer Service Excellence

  • Client Experience: Greet every client warmly and ensure they feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
  • Appointment Management: Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations across multiple studio locations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly with a helpful, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and common areas throughout the day.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with studio tasks and ad-hoc requests to help operations run smoothly.
📈 Help Drive Studio Growth

  • Membership & Retail Sales: Educate clients on our membership options, retail products, and service enhancements to drive conversions.
  • Add-On Services: Proactively recommend and promote additional services during client visits.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with content creation, in-studio signage, and marketing campaigns to attract new clients and highlight promotions.
  • Client Outreach & Referrals: Execute win-back strategies, manage follow-up communications, and help boost Google reviews and referrals.
  • Inventory Management: Restock and organize products regularly; assist in supply ordering to ensure the studio is always stocked.
What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re warm, upbeat, and professional.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable with technology and familiar with social media platforms.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the confidence to talk to clients about memberships and upgrades.
  • A self-starter who brings positive energy and initiative to everything you do.
Compensation & Perks

  • Hourly Pay: $10 per hour
