With multiple locations across the midwest, we are growing and looking for a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee operations, drive growth, and maintain high standards of service across all locations.

Job Overview: The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple waxing studios within the designated district. This role requires a highly motivated, results-oriented leader with experience in managing teams, driving sales, and ensuring consistency in service quality. You will work closely with franchisee and staff to ensure business objectives are met, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the operations of multiple waxing studios, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Manage, mentor, and train studio managers and their teams to achieve company goals and maintain high performance.
Ensure all locations meet company standards for customer service, cleanliness, and overall experience.
Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability and cost control.
Drive sales and growth by developing and executing local marketing initiatives.
Maintain inventory control, ensuring adequate stock levels and equipment maintenance.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as client retention, customer satisfaction, and employee performance.
Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the studios remain competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a District Manager, Regional Manager, or in a similar leadership role in the beauty or retail industry.
Strong understanding of operations management, team leadership, and P&L responsibility.
Experience in the waxing or beauty industry is a plus, but not required.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Ability to travel between multiple locations within the district.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
