Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Cultivate client relationships, ensuring acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.
- Local Marketing and PR: Drive local marketing initiatives, engage with the community, and oversee studio's social media presence.
- Club Orange Program: Focus on growth and retention of the Club Orange loyalty program.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement field marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
- Establish a comprehensive calendar of marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with studio staff for acquiring digital content
- Establish and nurture partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and associations
- Manage the distribution of marketing materials within the region.

Event Planning and Management:
- Plan and design events to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
- Create and implement strategic signage plans for studio location in local market

Community Engagement and Outreach:
- Gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build and coordinate communication strategies for events, collaborating with studio staff, local businesses and associations

Competitor Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor studio performance for new client acquisition and retention of existing clients, industry trends, analyze competition, and identify new opportunities.

Performance Evaluation:
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns
- Provide consistent communication through weekly and monthly reports to studio management

Budget Management and KPIs:
- Responsible for managing and maintaining the field marketing budget.
- Provide key performance indicators (KPIs) for field marketing tactics.
- Strong sense of ownership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation in local marketing efforts.
- Leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide studio staff
- Customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for meeting new people.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Creative problem-solving approach.
- 1 - 5 years of marketing experience
- Expertise in demand generation activities such as grand openings, guerilla marketing, street marketing, and community engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in subscription services is a plus.
- Familiarity with franchise operations and marketing.
- Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating large group sessions.
- Previous experience in the beauty, fitness or retail industry
