We are seeking an individual who has an entrepreneurial spirit that will champion the careers of our Cerologists and business to success. This person must also be passionate about the beauty industry, engaged in ongoing learning, and enthusiastic about the local community the studio serves.
SUMMARY:
The Assistant Manager position is responsible for day-to-day operation, helping to lead a team of excellence to deliver the ultimate client experience and growing the business.
The Assistant Manager will also work closely with the Studio Manager and owner to help oversee and promote growth of the business and the team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Sales Leader: Drive sales through exceptional service, selling membershi[s, product recommendations, and upselling services. Everyone on the team plays a key role in revenue growth.
- Grow Clients & Retain Clients: Attract new clients, ensure exceptional experiences, and build loyalty'
- Membership Growth: Drive Club Orange membership growth and retention.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock inventory.
- Local Marketing & Engagement: Help increase local awareness of our studio. Manage social media and community outreach.
- Team Development: Recruit, hire, manage, train, and retain staff.
- Studio Maintenance: Oversee cleanliness and compliance with regulations, including treatment rooms, shared areas and lobby.
- Safety Oversight: Report and address broken or unsafe equipment promptly.
- Promotion Execution: Promote system-wide promotions effectively.
This keeps it concise while maintaining clarity.
ROLE SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY:
This role ensures that the business is running at maximum efficiency, the client experience is delivering on expectations and goals, the staff is receiving applicable training and development, and the business is operating at a profit.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for oversight of operating according to the laws of the State and that all employees (Cerologists) have the appropriate licenses, abilities to perform the duties assigned, and is adept at delivering a high-end client experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- · Effective skills with managing people
- · Good written and verbal communication skills
- · Ability to motivate a team to deliver a superior client experience
- · Exceptional Customer Service
- · Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously
- · Detail Oriented
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- Prior management experience or
- Experience working in the beauty industry
- Former cosmologist or esthetician (not required but nice to have)
Compensación: $15.00 per hour
